Real Fabbrica di Capodimonte Naples, handcrafted
D.46 X H.44 CM. (approx.)

Among the Neapolitan artisanal creations that boast a world-class excellence, there is undoubtedly the Porcelain of Capodimonte, the jewel of the Bourbon dynasty. In 1743, the Real Fabbrica di Capodimonte was founded inside the Royal Palace of Capodimonte, residence of King Charles of Bourbon and his wife Anna of Saxony, whose artistic production over time became more valuable and famous than the French and German ones.

For over 250 years, Real Fabbrica di Capodimonte has been dedicated to producing unique works, finely crafted by the hands of the few master ceramists still remaining today, who passionately carry on the tradition. Elegant centerpieces and precious vases, design objects ranging from antique to modern, created ad hoc and 100% handmade, to adorn homes and prestigious locations.

The porcelains of Real Fabbrica di Capodimonte stand out for the uniqueness of their mixture, soft and milky in color, derived from the fusion of various types of clay that contain no coalino.

The brand that represents them, namely the unmistakable crowned N that marks the back of every piece produced, symbolizes the sophisticated fusion between tradition and art, expressing the spirit of a long historical journey capable of renewing itself with the times, while preserving the peculiar artisanal characteristic through which every single piece produced is a true work of Art.
