The following items cannot be returned or replaced
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:
- Custom orders
- Perishable products (e.g. food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health / hygiene reasons)
Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
