Historical Curiosities

Legend has it that Jupiter ate Metis as soon as she became pregnant because it was predicted to him that, if he had a son, he would surpass him in power and wisdom. Despite this, when the moment of giving birth arrived, Jupiter was overcome by a very strong migraine and for this reason he asked the god Vulcan to split his head in two from which Minerva emerged armed with helmet, shield and staff.

Maintenance

To keep your bronze statue always shining, clean it regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals that could damage the finish. When necessary, use wax to restore shine to the work.
