EarringsROMANSCrotaliawith three pendants with pearls, replica in silver and metal of the earrings found during the excavations ofPompeii, in the villa of Oplontis and Stabia, kept in the Archaeological Museum of Naples.
The Ancient Earrings Crotalia they hadthe pendant made up of one, two or three pearls, which produced a pleasant tinkling when they collided with each other. Very common typology documented by a Fayyum portrait and also described by Pliny (NH IX 14).
