Historical Curiosities

Among his most important provisions we have the  Antoninian constitution issued in 212 AD, also called  Edict of Caracalla, in which Roman citizenship was granted to all the inhabitants of the Roman Empire, so as to make up for the financial crisis of the coffers and extend the tax base to everyone.

In the same year work began on the famous Baths of Caracalla, the most impressive ever built in the empire until the construction of the Baths of Diocletian.

Maintenance

To preserve the beauty of your marble sculpture, clean it regularly using a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. For a more thorough cleaning, you can gently wipe with a damp cloth, avoiding using too much water. In case of more stubborn dirt, use a solution of warm water and neutral soap, making sure to dry immediately afterwards with a clean cloth. Always avoid aggressive, acidic or abrasive chemicals, which could damage the surface and compromise the natural shine of the marble.
