Luciano De Crescenzo Photographs of Bellavista's Naples

Among the occupations that have characterised Naples was that of the parking attendant. This photograph portrays Ernesto, who jokingly claimed to be “authorised” by the other parking attendants. When he decided to hand over to his son, he admitted that he did not have a driving licence; Salvatore, his eldest son, could even manoeuvre the cars and keep his customers happy, including some of Naples’s leading lawyers.
